Happy Fathers Day

I was a little late getting Fathers Day cards and gifts in the mail this year, but I finally got them out today. I wanted to make a card for my dad and Jason's dad that was from Bo, and this is what I came up with. I thought it turned out really cute. I am not sure about the little ribbon in the corner, but it need something there. You can't really see in the photo, but I sponged the white cardstock behind the fish to look like water. I them mixed a little copper and shimmery clear embossing powder and embossed the sand. The paper I used is Bordering Blue, Apricot appeal, Chocolate chip and White.

You make me smile

For this card I used Purely Pomegranate , Barely Banana, and Certainly Celery. I used the roll stamp from "Spring Solitude" on the bottom of the card, and it actually opens at the bottom of the green card stock above the rolled image.

SCS Challenge TLC171

So a couple of weeks ago the Tchnique Challenge was to make the "whole enchilada". Meaning make a set of 3x3 cards and box to put it all in. This is what I came up with. I really like this stamp set. I used Spring Solitude from stampin up. The paper is Real Red, Blue Bayou, and Soft sky. Which I believe was the color challenge that week as well.

These Boots were made for walking.....

Thanks to Grandpa Murnion Bo has cowboy boots! Needless to say He LOVES THEM. He figured out how to walk on the tile floor and he likes how the boots make the clip clop noise!

Not feeling well...

Today Bo woke up with a fever. Poor guy. He has gotten three of his molars and now is starting to get the rest of his back teeth. His gums are swollen, he's drooling, has a fever, and he is sooooo cuddly. I stayed home with him from Church today to try and get his fever down. Hopefully the tylenol will start working. It seems to be taking a long time to start working....I don't know maybe since he is older I can up the dosage? I will have to check the chart? He has spent most of the day in just a diaper, because he is so warm. He's cute because when I pulled out the camera to take a picture, he tried to stop crying and smile for me...awww.

New hair cut..

So yesterday we had to give Bo a hair cut. It was down over his ears. He does really well when he gets a hair cut. At first he is curious about the buzzer and then he just sits there. Anyways, here are a few photos from his hair cut and then a few from when we combed it after his bath! Ok so maybe I am a little bias but I think he is stinkin cute!

Here are a few more plane ride pictures. The last one is my favorite! click on the picture to make it bigger so you can see his facial expression...hehe

Bo's first canaval ride!

After feeding the goats we headed over to the rides and Bo got all excited when he saw the plane ride. We made sure that he was allowed to ride by himself and then bought him a ticket! He loooooved it! I have a video to post of it as well, but I have to get that on You tube first and sometimes that takes while. So keep looking!

ok so I missed a few posts...

I just realized, as I was looking through my pictures that I forgot to post some pictures from memorial day. Sorry, I know some of you have been waiting to see them....(grandma and grandpa especially) So here you go. Here Bo is feeding goats and other animals!

Swimming in the back yard!

Today is such a beautiful day that Bo and I went outside and had some fun! He loves being in the water. Splashing and getting in and out of the pool is his favorite. he also likes to throw all the toys out and then go and get them all and throw them all back in the pool, Its a fun game! I am in the process of uploading a couple vieos from his swimming adventures, so when those are done i will post them as well. It might take a little longer to get those posted though. We'll see....
