As Promised...

Little Joel....well I guess he is getting really big. He is already in 3 month clothes. Sometimes Joel looks very serious, it's kinda funny.

Well my dad was able to make a pit stop overnight here on his way home from Montana. He got to meet Joel for the first time. Here he is with both the buckaroos!

Soorrryyyy.

I was not able to get any pictures of Joel at the marathon. Because silly me forgot to take the Memory card out of my computer which was at the hotel. I only had this little one that came with the camera when we got it and it only holds ten pictures. But don't worry I will get some of him posted in the next day or two.

The Starting Line...

Opening ceremonies for the USAF Marathon.

This is about mile 13. They ran down the main street of this town. There was a live band playing classic rock songs, there was face painting, clowns, balloons and jumpy things for kids to do.

Jason running towards us to say Hi for like a whole 2 seconds.....gotta keep on pace!

Bo watching dad run down the road.

Jason coming down the home stretch. Almost there!!!!

The Home Stretch!

Jason running the home stretch. About 100 feet to go to the finish!

Yeah, cooling down and eating some food. Jason finished the Marathon in 4 hours and 30 minutes. He was the only one to start and finish with the 4:30 pacer guy.

Bo wanted Jason to hold him sooo badly. Jason was so tired though he had to wait about 15 or 20 minutes.

Jason was accompanied by a colonel and a Lt. Colonel (pictured here) and a major from his work. They all ran a great race and they all finished without injury! Way to go!
Jason and I after the race!

In colors

I am loving these new in Colors! My Fav so far is this Baja Blue, probably because my living room is decorated in chocolates, golds, and variations of baja breeze. I really like all the colors though. I am going to come up with a new layout for this upsy daisy stamp set, but I really love this set.
Paper: Baja Breeze, Choc. Chip, Whisper White
Stamps: Upsy Daisy
Ink: Baja Breeze, Choc. Chip
Accessories: Polka dot ribbon, and brads

Paper: Close to cocoa, Baja Breeze, Whisper White.
Stamps: Pocket Silhouetts.
Inks: Baja Breeze, Close to Cocoa.
Accessories: Polka dot ribbon and brads.

This card is growing on me. At first I didn't really like it. I saw someone use the scallop punch and only use half of the flower. I thought it was cool and this is my atempt.
Paper: Pink Pirouette, Baja Breeze, Riding Hood red, Whisper White.
Stamps: Always, Boho Backgrounds.
Ink: Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red.
Accessories: Scallop Punch, White eyelets

Simple, but I think I like it.
Paper: Whisper White, Pink Pirouette.
Stamps: Lovely Labels, True Friend.
Inks: Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Sheer White ribbon, Circle Scallop punch, Scallop edge punch.

More Climbing...

We didn't make it up to the plane, but it sure looked cool!

Getting ready to climb up a narrow ladder.

You can climb, on, in and through everything in this picture. There was so much stuff welded together! You should see this for yourself.

Climbing....

Jason, Bo and I ventured out and climbed through this iron structure that was built out of the side of the museum. This was the coolest thing.

The City Museum

On Labor Day we went to the city museum in St. Louis. This place was awesome. In these photos Jason is climbing with Bo in this huge indoor tree house.

I don't know what Bo is looking at? Maybe a mirror?

Cooling Down...

After we got home from the apple orchards, Bo was sooo hot and we let him cool down by playing in the hose. It was really funny, I have a video I will post later!

The Orchards

The Apple Orchard was so pretty and green. I can't wait for fall and we can go back and pick pumpkins!!!

First Family Picture since Joel!

Apple Picking!

On Sunday we all went Apple picking at Eckerts.
It was really hot but we had a lot of fun!

Bo thought that the apples were balls. He would pick one then launch it down the row. There goes that apple.

More baby...

Jason's friend Jeremy also came down from PA for the weekend.
