Updated Blog!

If you haven't noticed I updated my side bar on my blog! Actually i just posted pictures but I still call that updating!!!! OK, I am off to figure out what's for dinner and then I am going to work on my scrapbook!

Grandma Bindewald's weekend here!

Here are a few pictures of Bo with Grandma Bindewald! She came down for the weekend! We had fun just relaxing and playing games and hanging out! The last time we had such a relaxing weekend was when we went down to Florida a bout a month ago! Anyways, I will have a few more pictures from this weekend to post once Gail sends them to me!

SCS Challenges!

Alrighty, The first one was a SCS Challenge to use just black ink on white paper and then add color through the embellishments and paper. Sorry i had bad lighting again so it may look a little weird. The second card was a Color challenge to use Regal Rose, Old Olive, and Pretty in pink. I think it turned out alright!

Stamping day!

I made these cards at a make and take I went to on Friday! The a first one is a 3x3 and my little words are crooked. Oh well. the next one is a buckle card and the third one is a pull tab card!

Playing!

All right! Here are just a few that I played around with on Friday! The coffee one loks like there is pink paper on it and there isn't, It's just my counter top and bad lighting.

Cousin's Cards!

Here are a few cards that I made with my cousins Brandon and Rebekah! Brandon didn't want a girlie card so his is the jellybean one. The other one's are Rebekah's. She picked the colors for each card and the stamp sets. I just helped her with the layouts and some of the techniques!

Silly Me!

Ahhhh ok I know I said I would post some more cards i think on Friday but the day just got away from me and then on Saturday we spent the day with Jason's mom ( Gail) who come down for the weekend. Now that I have the house almost back to normal I am going to take a break and post the cards now!!! HEHE!

Jason did it!

Here are a few pictures from ASBC Graduation. We made some really good friends down there and we already miss them. Left to right we have A.K., Me, Kerri, April, and the guys we have Scott, Jason, Jonathan, Allen. Going down to Alabama we thought it was just going to be this horrible experience and then it turned out to be really fun and we made some good friends for life!

Simply Elegant!

This one was so easy to make and it was really fast. I used paper from a mat pack that i got at Two peas in a bucket. I embossed the Doodle this flower in copper and cut it out and then i attached the Happy sign with copper brads! So easy and Fun!

Happy Baby!

OK it seems like everyone is having a baby so last night I spent an hour or two coming up with baby cards for friends! There is only one here that wasn't my original idea and that is the quilt looking card with the Baby phrase! I got that one from Greta!

Coaster photo album

Here is an idea that i got from my Aunt Greta. It's a coaster photo album made out of the coasters that you get at red lobster, or red robin. I do think most restraunts give them out these days. But this is super easy to make if you want the dimensions leave me a note or email me and i can get them to you. Basically though you cut three pieces of card stock to size for the inside and back covers of the coasters. I used spray adhesive to make them sick real well. Then you cut five sheets of white card stock to size for the actual photo pages. To attach the photo pages I made an accordion looking fan for the inside. I first attach my ribbon along the middle of the inside coasters I then cut two smaller coordinating sheets of card stock to put over the ribbon to fit the coaster. I then attached the photo pages and the accordion paper to the sides of the coaster. All thats left is to decorate the front! I used designer paper and embellishments from Michaels, and some stickers from the delight in life simply scrappin kit. Any questions let me know!

Things other than cards!

Here is a project I did. I made coasters! I just stamped on a tile! The other thing is a post it note stand, I got one of those clear plastic frames from walmart for like .89 cents and then stamped on paper and put in the frame, added ribbon and taped the post it notes on!

more cards!

Here are the last of the cards I did today! The first is an idea I got from my Aunt! I just used different stamps!

More fun!

Here are a few more, I love the word background and the paisley background!! You can do so much with them!! Also here is the purple version of the card I posted earlier!

Doodle This!

Yippee, I was able to finally play with all my new stamp sets and punches!!! I had a lot of fun with these cards! The first one is a slider the little flower rolls across the card! he second card I just copper embossed the flower. On the third card I attempted the stained glass look. I was actually pleased with the way it turned out! I made a purple version as well! Ok I need to upload more photos!!!
