Weight loss

Hi people,
I subscribe to a fellow stampers blog and she had a great post today! I thought I would share it with you. She has inspired me and I have actually been doing some of what she recommends, So check it out and let me know what you think. Hey thanks for the link :-) Lots of good ideas. It sounds cliche, but after attempting many a failed diet/weight loss program, I truly believe that the only way to stick to anything is to do it in order to promote wellness. I often have to make myself eat well and exercise for the first few weeks (and it's NOT FUN, no matter WHAT people tell you), but then I realize how much better I feel and my body gets used to being healthy :-) God has given us amazingly intricate bodies that don't thrive on man-made, overly processed food -- bodies that are fully optimized when exercised and challenged. I think it's all about finding how your body is best fueled, if that makes any sense. That's been the best motivator for me...
Also, I LOVE my Ipod for exercise purposes. I find that downloading a sermon or talk makes the time go really fast -- it's actually an idea from Pastor John. Some of my favorite sites for download: (I'm really loving Paul Washer right now!), (C.J. Mahaney and Bob Kauflin are both profoundly gospel-driven) and of course
